1. General Policy

All sales made through Jayrutty Investment E.A. Ltd are final.

We operate a strict No-Refund Policy, meaning:

❌ No refunds will be issued for any products or services purchased, under any circumstances, except where required by law.

2. No Refund Applies To:

  • Wrong product ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier, customs, weather, or third-party factors
  • Buyer providing incorrect shipping details
  • Products that do not meet personal expectations but meet the description provided
  • Digital items, software, or licenses once delivered
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items

3. Exceptions (Only if Required by Law)

Refunds may only apply under the following legal conditions:

  • The product delivered is faulty, damaged, or incorrect AND cannot be replaced.
  • The product has a manufacturer defect that is covered under warranty and cannot be repaired or replaced.

In such cases, Jayrutty Investment E.A. Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Replace the item
  • Repair the item
  • Issue store credit (case-by-case)

Cash refunds will not be provided.

4. Replacements (If Applicable)

If a product qualifies for replacement:

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A replacement will only be issued after inspection and verification.
  • Shipping or return costs may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was from Jayrutty Investment E.A. Ltd.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations requested after processing or dispatch.

6. Digital Products & Software

All digital items, downloadable products, APIs, software licenses, and activation keys are non-refundable once delivered or activated.

7. Warranty

Where applicable, warranty claims must be made directly through the manufacturer or through the provided warranty channels.

Warranty does not guarantee refund.
